As a Defense and Security Senior Sales Manager at Rohde & Schwarz, you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for driving business growth and revenue within the assigned division. Your primary focus will be developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful deployment of our products and solutions within the Electronic Warfare (EW) and Communications markets
Your tasks
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EW and Communications markets, including developing and executing sales plans to drive growth and revenue
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities and developing sales plans within the EW and Communications markets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within the EW and Communications markets, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest product offerings, features, and technologies, and provide expert advice to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Sales Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion, as well as sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Application Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, and other sales teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Performance Metrics: Contribute to the tracking and analysis of sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and revenue.
