Your tasks

Design and implement the further development of our hybrid access management / identity provider systems to ensure secure access to applications and services.
Collaborate within a cross-functional team to further integrate the identity provider systems into the overarching identity and access management (IAM) landscape.
Drive forward the conceptualization and implementation of our authentication roadmap to realize a password-less vision.
Develop and maintain documentation for procedures and guidelines.
Stay current with the latest access management technologies, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with IT security governance to conduct assessments and vulnerability analyses for identifying and mitigating risks.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on best practices.

Your qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in architecting access management solutions.
Strong knowledge of access management technologies, including but not limited to, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and RBAC.
Experience with administrating identity provider applications (e.g., Entra ID / Azure AD, Keycloak).
Profound understanding of Zero Trust principles
Knowledge of base technologies, e.g. PKI and shell scripting
Familiarity with cloud native technologies, i.e. containerization and Kubernetes
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
