Your tasks

  • With a growing product portfolio and customer base, we are looking for a talented and competent internal sales engineer.
  • The role requires you to be responsible for daily lead management, whilst proactively prospecting, engaging and nurturing target audiences across a diverse customer base.
  • You will be using data and tools to understand and interact with our potential and existing customers.
  • Additionally, you will be a key support person for our field sales team carrying out essential tasks to support them and sales process.
  • You will become a key interface between our marketing and sales teams, developing a deep understanding of our tools, processes and business areas.

Your qualifications

  • Ability to understand Test & Measurement equipment and electronic engineering topics to engage and interact with prospects and customers.
  • Ability to become a key user with our Customer Relationship Management and analytic tools.
  • Ability to use internal and external data tools to effectively prospect and understand target markets.
  • Ability to interpret analytical information and present recommendations.
  • Ability to connect, build relationships and generate leads with prospects through social networks, event attendance and proactive customer engagement – phone / email etc.
  • Ability to manage day to day responsibilities including lead management, KPI tracking and management reporting.
  • Supporting the sales engineers in their customer interactions and sales tasks
  • Ability to verbally speak to customers and engage with them in a professional manner.
