This role supports all aspects of process in PCBA production lines.

Your tasks

  • Prepare and optimize production data for PCB Assembly, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
  • Create and maintain detailed production routings in SAP, optimizing the material and product flow.
  • Develop clear and concise assembly instructions, considering the requirements and capabilities of the production.
  • Generate machine programs using software tools, utilizing your knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Manage stencil optimization and inventory, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use.
  • Oversee the launch of new products, creating all necessary documentation and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage product changes and version control, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
  • Collaborate closely with production and product development teams, providing technical expertise and support, and fostering a strong team environment.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic assembly or equivalent, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Experience in process engineering or implementing lean production methodologies, with a proven track record of improving efficiency or driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Siemens Valor or other MES software will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external partners to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Quality oriented and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
