Key Facts
The R&S®RTP-K95, R&S®RTP-K94, R&S®RTP-K93 and R&S®RTP/RTO-K91 options support signal integrity debugging and automated compliance testing of DDR5/ LPDDR5, DDR4/ LPDDR4 and DDR3/ DDR3L/ LPDDR3 interfaces. The test wizard guide uses illustrated step-by-step instructions to help users navigate compliance tests. A configurable test report documents test results. The option also supports signal integrity debugging with the integrated eye diagram function and read/write cycle decoding.
Easy-to-use automated compliance test solution
The automated compliance tests are executed within the R&S®ScopeSuite. Detailed, image based instructions make it easy to connect oscilloscopes and probes to the device under test.

Documentation of compliance test results
The test results are fully documented in a report created by R&S®ScopeSuite. Depending on user preferences, the test report can include numerical result data or oscilloscope screenshots. The reports are available in PDF, DOC and HTML.
Detailed documentation of every test.
Signal integrity debugging with eye tests
The eye diagram is a powerful tool for verifying signal integrity issues. Use the built-in DDR eye function to quickly generate a data eye and apply mask tests or eye measurements for detailed analysis.

Separation of read and write cycles
The K91 option also decodes DDR3 data streams. The read and write cycles are clearly visible. The information can help analyze data eyes for read or write cycles.
