On display from the Rohde & Schwarz test & measurement portfolio is the R&S®CMA180 radiocommunication tester, designed for rigorous testing of PMR (public mobile radio) and LMR (land mobile radio) devices. In addition, the company is showing the R&S®SMB100B microwave signal generator, equipped with four frequency options that span from 8 kHz to 40 GHz. It brings excellent output power, spectral purity, very low close-in phase noise, and practically no wideband noise. Typical applications include testing radar receivers, semiconductor components, upconverters, downconverters or amplifiers. To be seen on the booth will also be the R&S FSW high-end signal and spectrum analyzer with applications for A&D radar systems, satellite payload testing and amplifier pre-distortion tests. The T&M portfolio is complemented by the world fastest oscilloscopes of the R&S MXO series with more than 4.5 million wfms/s, which is greatly improving the probability of intercepting (POI) unwanted signals.
