Complete test solutions

The complete test solution covers all relevant USB-IF test specifications for USB1.1/2.0 and USB3.2 Gen1 and Gen2 device test cases and is USB.org approved (https://usb.org/usb-32). The integrated R&S®RTO/RTP-B6 generator option switches the DUT in different compliance test modes. Tabor WX2182C 2.3 GSa/s Arb generator for USB1.1/2.0 and the Anritsu MP1900A BERT for USB3.2 Gen1 and Gen2 support receiver compliance testing.

Ease-of-use with image-based guided test steps

The USB compliance test is fully guided. has detailed, image-based instructions that make it easy to correctly connect the oscilloscope and the probes to the test fixture and the device under test. This increases the ease-of-use and reduces potential setup errors.

Strong reporting function
