Aufgaben

• Be part of the Change Management process
• Make CMDB audits to detect unauthorized changes
• Connect the CMDB to new upcoming data sources
• Frequently report the data quality of the cmdb
• Intense cooperation with the IT Service management and the Configuration Manager
• Intense Cooperation with all necessary departments in Div. 12 to align CMDB tasks

Qualifikationen

• University degree in IT or equivalent vocational training
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes
• Good understanding of a CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• Good communication skills
• Teamplayer
• Knowledge of serviceNow is an advantage
• Experience upto 5 years
