The test wizard guides the user via illustrated step-by-step instructions. The complete test solution includes fixture and clock divider. The R&S®Scope Suite runs on scope or separate PC.

The complete test solution covers all relevant test cases of the IEEE 802.3bp specification for the1000BASE-T1. A test fixture is available for signal access via a differential probe for accurate signals.

The R&S®ScopeSuite has a test wizard for guided steps. The tests used are fully automatic. In addition, single tests can be carried out for efficient debugging. The
limit editor lets you individually adjust standard-specific test limits.

Ease-of-use with guided test steps

The Ethernet compliance test is a fully guided test. Detailed, image-based instructions make it easy to correctly connect the oscilloscope and the probes to the test fixture and device under test. This increases the ease-of-use and reduces potential setup errors.

Strong reporting function

The test results are fully documented in a report created by the R&S®ScopeSuite. The test report can include numerical result data or oscilloscope screen shots depending on user preference. The reports are available in PDF, DOC and HTML formats.

The compliance test setup includes test cases that require a waveform generator and a network analyzer.
