ローデ・シュワルツは業界団体IEEEとOPEN Allianceのメンバーとして、コンプライアンス・オプションやトリガ/デコード・オプションの提供を通じ、車載Ethernetの新規格10BASE-T1Sの開発のさらなる加速をはかっています。なかでもAnalog Devices, Inc.（ADI）社は、現実世界とデジタル世界の架け橋として、インテリジェント・エッジ分野でのブレークスルーを実現してきた世界的な半導体大手であり、車載接続ソリューションの主要プロバイダの1社です。そのADI社と協力して、ローデ・シュワルツはR&S MXOx-K560オプションを装備したR&S MXO 4/5シリーズのオシロスコープを使って10BASE-T1S通信のデコードを可能にしました。ADI社のE2B™と呼ばれる10BASE-T1S Ethernet to Edge Busは、車載アプリケーションにおいて複雑さを軽減しながら柔軟性に優れたエッジ・ノードを実装できるようにするものです。一方、当社のオシロスコープは、その高速な更新速度と大きなメモリ容量で知られており、パケットの捕捉やトリガリング、デコードを素早く行って、電気信号の全波形から細部にいたるまで比類のない確度で捉える能力に長けています。高速な更新速度により、通信バスで生じる断続的な障害をも検出可能です。
