Sales and Product Management : Product Manager - Signal & Spectrum Analysis (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of the Signal & Spectrum Analyzer market, defining strategic actions to boost market share.
• Actively monitor the market and identify trends in competition and Test & Measurement solutions in Signal & Spectrum Analysis. Collaborate with R&D to define product requirements and roadmap.
• Engage with Market Segment Business Units, providing key pre-and-post sales support.
• Coordinate product management activities across development, sales, and marketing teams.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with international key customers for early involvement during the product development phase.
• Implement product pricing and Go-to-Market strategies, and oversee the development process for new product launch projects.
• Manage new product introductions and oversee product life-cycle management.
• Create compelling sales & marketing collateral.
• Actively contribute to customer and sales training, as well as trade fairs.

Your qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, RF or Microwave Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional experience in roles such as Product Manager, Developer, Systems Engineer, or Applications Engineer.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand technology, market, competition, and customer requirements and trends.
• Action-oriented with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel both nationally and internationally, demonstrating intercultural competence. - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of German is a plus.
