Other : System Engineering Professional (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• Contribute to the ongoing development of a System Engineering Framework and Life Cycle Model
• Support the adaptation of methods and processes to the specific operational environment
• Assist in the development of system architectures and engineering practices
• Help implement System Engineering standards in active projects
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and stakeholders across departments
• Prepare documentation, perform analyses, and support quality assurance in system development

Your qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in System Engineering or a related technical field
• Expert in at least one SE discipline over the SE-lifecycle, with deep hands-on experience.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with SE standards (e.g., INCOSE, ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288)
• Ideally, background in a technology-driven industry such as Aerospace, Space, Defense, Railway, Nuclear- or Big Energy Plants
• Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and communication skills
• Interest in systems thinking and methodological development
• Experience in cross functional project on company level
• Strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and high level of initiative
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
