Your tasks
- • Serving as the first customer contact point for the service department. • Generating quotations pertaining to service-related queries. • Assisting in commercial and technical order clarification. • Processing service jobs and orders via SAP. • Tracking and monitoring service jobs (end-to-end) to meet committed service deliveries. • Taking overall responsibility for all service/operation tasks, from the very first RMA to the complete operation. • Being the right hand of the service management, engaging to take action, controlling and administering the service and operation. • Communicating with versatile customers, taking personal care, and representing our service operations in front of the customers using CRM. • Controlling and managing export and import of service operation shipments. • Maintaining contracts and agreements. • Ensuring teamwork and collaboration within our operative environment, including service operations, warehouse, carriers, sales team, and customers. • Support the company admin activities and be a backup for the sales order processing activities
